National Day Celebration 2026

On 7 August 2026, Maha Bodhi School proudly celebrated Singapore's 61st birthday with a meaningful morning of reflection, gratitude and celebration. We were honoured to welcome our Guests of Honour — Venerable Seck Kwang Phing, Mr Seah Kian Peng, Speaker of Parliament; Mr Goh Pei Ming, Senior Minister of State for Ministry of Social and Family Development and Ministry of Home Affairs and Ms Diana Pang, Member of Parliament — to join us in commemorating this special occasion.

The celebration began with our National Day Observance Ceremony, followed by a tour of our National Education (NE) Wall and Attitude of Gratitude (AOG) Wall, where students expressed their appreciation for Singapore and those who have contributed to our nation's success. Our guests also enjoyed a vibrant concert in the Multi-Purpose Hall before engaging students in the classrooms through warm conversations and meaningful interactions.

As we celebrated Singapore's journey, Maha Bodhians were reminded that every one of us has a part to play in caring for our nation, contributing to our community and shaping Singapore's future.

2026年国庆庆典

2026年8月7日，菩提学校全体师生欢庆新加坡建国61周年，全校师生在充满反思、感恩与欢乐的氛围中，共度了一个意义非凡的早晨。我们非常荣幸邀请到贵宾——释广品法师, 国会议长谢健平先生、社会及家庭发展部和内政部高级政务部长吴培铭先生，以及国会议员彭丽燕女士，与我们一同庆祝这个特别的日子。

庆典首先以国庆仪式拉开序幕，随后贵宾们参观了本校的国民教育（NE）展示墙与感恩之心的（AOG）展示墙。学生们通过展示墙表达了对新加坡以及所有为国家发展和繁荣作出贡献人士的感激之情。随后，贵宾们也前往礼堂观赏了精彩的演出。贵宾们此次还走进课室，与学生们进行亲切交流和进行有意义的互动。

在庆祝新加坡一路走来的辉煌历程之际，菩提学校的莘莘学子也再次铭记：我们每个人都肩负着关爱国家、贡献社区以及共同塑造新加坡未来的重要责任。
