“There are no strangers here; Only friends you haven’t yet met.” -William Butler Yeats
In Maha Bodhi School, we believe that building positive relationships fosters a sense of camaraderie and belonging. The Buddy Programme aimed to instil values of respect, care, and kindness, ultimately creating a stronger sense of community among Maha Bodhians.
Back-to-School Programme
At the start of the year, Primary 4 pupils took on a mentoring role, guiding their Primary 1 buddy through the first few days of recess. This thoughtful initiative not only eased the transition for the younger pupils, but also allowed the older ones to communicate with empathy to connect with their buddies.
