Maha Bodhi School Celebrates Teachers’ Success at the 33rd SEA Games

Maha Bodhi School is proud to share that two of our teachers, Mr Ahmad Arif Bin Ibrahim and Ms Koh Xiao Li, represented Singapore at the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand, achieving commendable results in their respective sports.

Mr Ahmad Arif Bin Ibrahim competed in the All-Male Relay Duathlon and Mixed Team Relay Duathlon on 18 December 2025. Despite the physical demands of racing twice in one day, Mr Arif delivered a strong performance, recording the second-fastest split in the Mixed Team Relay. The Singapore team went on to secure a bronze medal, marking a meaningful achievement in Mr Arif’s fourth SEA Games appearance.

Ms Koh Xiao Li represented Singapore in Women’s Water Polo, competing from 15 to 19 December 2025. Throughout the tournament, she and her teammates displayed determination, discipline, and strong teamwork. In the finals, the team fought back resolutely after trailing, eventually finishing second overall in a closely contested match. Their performance reflected grit and perseverance right through to the final buzzer.

菩提学校教师于第33届东南亚运动会中荣获佳绩

菩提学校谨此公布，本校教师 Ahmad Arif Bin Ibrahim 先生与 Koh Xiao Li 女士代表新加坡参加于泰国举行的第33届东南亚运动会，并在各自参赛项目中取得优异成绩，为国家及学校争光。

Ahmad Arif Bin Ibrahim 先生于2025年12月18日参与男子接力两项全能和混合团体接力两项全能比赛。尽管需在同一日内应对两项高强度赛事，他仍以坚韧的意志与稳定的发挥完成比赛，并在混合团体接力赛中取得了第二快的分段成绩。最终，新加坡代表队荣获铜牌，此项成果亦标志着他第四次征战东南亚运动会的重要成就。

Koh Xiao Li 女士于2025年12月15日至19日期间代表新加坡参加女子水球赛事。比赛期间，她与队友展现高度的专业精神、严谨的纪律以及良好的团队协作能力。在决赛中，球队在落后的情况下沉着应战、奋力追赶，最终获得亚军。整项赛事充分体现了队伍坚持不懈、勇于拼搏的体育精神。
